Goods available in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days. Products sewn on an ongoing basis are completed within 3 to 20 business days. In the case of the "made to measure" option, the completion time is the same.
We ship via InPost, Orlen Paczka, DPD or Global Express.

Returns
You have 30 days to return or exchange products. Make sure the products are in perfect condition and have the original packaging. Returns are free of charge and a refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

If you can't find the right size in our size chart or your dog is between sizes, we offer a made-to-measure service that will make every garment a perfect fit for your pet. Best of all, made-to-measure is a free service in our shop.
How to order custom clothing?
- Choose the closest size from our size chart.
- Add product to cart.
- In your order notes, please provide the following dimensions of your dog:
- Back length (measured without neck): Lift the dog's head up and start measuring from the bend of the neck to the back (from the withers, i.e. the place between the shoulder blades). Lift the tail and end the measurement where the tail bends to the back.
- Neck circumference (measured as for collar): Measure around the neck where you will put the collar on.
- Chest circumference : Measured just behind the front legs.
- Waist circumference : Measured just in front of the hind legs.
- Also provide: gender, age, breed (if possible), name of the dog.
Important Information: The smallest possible size to be sewn is 45 cm in chest circumference.

Bardzo polecam kamizelkę chłodząca od dogoni! Na wakacjach we Włoszech spisała się idealnie, nie wiem jak dalibyśmy radę beż niej w te upały. Do tego uszyta na miarę, więc nie było problemu z rozmiarem. Kontakt ze sklepem świetny, bardzo szybko rozwiane zostały moje wątpliwości co do używania kamizelki. Wszystko bardzo na plus ❤️

Kamizelka okazała się Naszym zbawieniem !
Przez 8 lat przerobiłyśmy różne produkty które nie zdały egzaminu.
Przy Naszej rasie podstawą była kwestia pozostawienia suchej sierści po założeniu kamizelki - i tu mamy strzał w 10-tkę. Sierść jest schłodzona bez śladów wilgoci.
Tak bardzo pokochałyśmy kamizelkę, że podczas upałów Szefowa smacznie śpi w niej nawet w domu.
Dzięki Waszemu produktowi Debbie może być w końcu bezpieczna podczas lata.

Cóż tu dużo mówić, strzał w 10! Kamizelka idealnie chłodzi psiaka co pozwala nam wydłużyć spacer w upalne dni. Dzięki niej moja american bully w końcu mogła wyjść na dłuższy spacer niż 10min bez dodatkowych 5 postoi na odpoczynek i schłodzenie się w cieniu. Kamizelka jest super dopasowana, lekka, nie krępuje ruchów psiaka. Była testowana na spacerach, w podróży pociągiem, autem jak i po prostu w domu kiedy temperatura przekroczyła 33’ w cieniu.
