Refund policy

In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 “On the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product”, the customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase made in our store without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of receiving the parcel (the return shipment must be posted no later than 30 days from the delivery date).

To return products, simply send them back to us along with the return form.

If you are exchanging a product, please send it back with information about the size/model you wish to exchange it for. If the new product is more expensive, you will be asked to cover the price difference. Details will be sent to you via email.

We will send the exchanged product back to you free of charge via InPost parcel lockers.

Return conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only if the item has not been used or damaged.
  • The parcel must include the original receipt or a copy (if it was issued in physical form).
  • A refund will be issued within 14 business days from the moment we receive all necessary return data.
  • If the original payment was made online, the refund will be issued via the same method.
  • The cost of return shipping is non-refundable.
