Lead Time:
Goods available in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days. Products sewn on an ongoing basis are completed within 3 to 20 business days. In the case of the "made to measure" option, the completion time is the same.
We ship via InPost, Orlen Paczka, DPD or Global Express.

Returns
You have 30 days to return or exchange products. Make sure the products are in perfect condition and have the original packaging. Returns are free of charge and a refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Sewing to measure

If you can't find the right size in our size chart or your dog is between sizes, we offer a made-to-measure service that will make every garment a perfect fit for your pet. Best of all, made-to-measure is a free service in our shop.
How to order custom clothing?
- Choose the closest size from our size chart.
- Add product to cart.
- In your order notes, please provide the following dimensions of your dog:
- Back length (measured without neck): Lift the dog's head up and start measuring from the bend of the neck to the back (from the withers, i.e. the place between the shoulder blades). Lift the tail and end the measurement where the tail bends to the back.
- Chest circumference : Measured just behind the front legs.
- Waist circumference : Measured just in front of the hind legs.
- Also provide: gender, age, breed (if possible), name of the dog.
Important Information: The smallest possible size to be sewn is 40 cm in chest circumference.
