How to care
x| Washing | Hand or machine wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C using mild detergents. Fasten all zippers and loosen drawstrings before washing. |
| Drying | Avoid tumble drying. Dry your coat by hanging it in a well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight. |
| Ironing | Do not iron as this may damage the material. If necessary, use a steamer on a low temperature, keeping it a safe distance from the material. |
| Storage | Store your coat on a hanger or neatly folded to maintain its shape. Do not bleach or dry clean. |

Lead Time:
Goods available in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days. Products sewn on an ongoing basis are completed within 3 to 20 business days. In the case of the "made to measure" option, the completion time is the same.
We ship via InPost, Orlen Paczka, DPD or Global Express.

Returns
You have 30 days to return or exchange products. Make sure the products are in perfect condition and have the original packaging. Returns are free of charge and a refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Sewing to measure
xTailoring
If you can't find the right size in our size chart or your dog is between sizes, we offer a made-to-measure service that will make every garment a perfect fit for your pet. Best of all, made-to-measure is a free service in our shop.
How to order custom clothing?
- Choose the closest size from our size chart.
- Add product to cart.
- In your order notes, please provide the following dimensions of your dog:
- Back length (measured without neck): Lift the dog's head up and start measuring from the bend of the neck to the back (from the withers, i.e. the place between the shoulder blades). Lift the tail and end the measurement where the tail bends to the back.
- Neck circumference (measured as for collar): Measure around the neck where you will put the collar on.
- Chest circumference : Measured just behind the front legs.
- Waist circumference : Measured just in front of the hind legs.
- Also provide: gender, age, breed (if possible), name of the dog.
Important Information: The smallest possible size to be sewn is 45 cm in chest circumference.

Dog Raincoat Details
Adjustable circumference and covered shoulders
A solution thanks to which the coat can be adjusted to the dimensions of the pet, and the shoulders are protected from rain and wind.
Hole for attaching a collar and harness
Thanks to the hole located in the turtleneck and on the back, you can easily attach the leash to the collar or harness.
Covered thighs and adjustable length
The coat protects the thighs and also has elastic bands on the thighs to keep the coat in place. The adjustment on the back allows for an even better fit.

Idealna kurteczka dla aktywnych psów, dopasowana tak, że nie przeszkadza w czasie skakania i kopania dziur. Można ubierać ją w chłodniejsze dni jako warstwę wierzchnią na polarek. Widać, że to mocno dopracowany produkt :) nie znalazłam żadnych wad lub elementów do poprawy :)
