To find the right size vest for your dog, it’s best to start with our standard sizes. We have 9 standard sizes that fit most dogs. However, if your dog is between sizes or needs a special fit, we can make a custom vest – it’s a free service.

How to properly measure your dog:

• Back length (excluding neck): Lift the dog's head up and measure from the bend of the neck to the back (from the withers, which is the place between the shoulder blades). Lift the tail and end the measurement at the bend of the tail to the back.
• Neck circumference: Measure as for a collar.
• Chest circumference: Measure just behind the front legs.
• Waist circumference: Measure just in front of the hind legs.

Also provide the gender, age and, if possible, breed and name of the dog.

Recommended sizes:

If you are not sure, choose the closest size possible. The smallest size possible is 45 cm in the chest circumference. If you need additional help, you can always contact us and we will help you choose the perfect size for your pet.

Yes, all of our outerwear and rainwear have a water-repellent coating to keep your pet dry. The unique features of each product can be found on the product pages.

Our collection of winter jackets offer extreme warmth and protection from the cold. These products are specially designed to protect your pet even in the harshest weather conditions.

Our clothes are designer, manufactured in Poland.

Most of our products are machine washable. Always check the garment label to ensure best care. We recommend air drying when possible.

We are working on ensuring that after selecting a specific breed, the recommended size will appear.

• Goods available in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
• Most products are sewn on an ongoing basis and are completed within 3 to 20 working days. In the case of the "made to measure" option, the completion time is the same.
• Shipping is carried out via InPost, Orlen Paczka, DPD or Global Express .

• Poland: 1-2 business days

• Delivery times may be extended due to carrier delays.
• For the most accurate information on your shipment's whereabouts, please check the tracking link you will receive via email.
• Made to order products have detailed lead time information in the offer description.

• You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.
• We offer a simple and convenient returns policy – ​​you have 30 days from receipt of your order to do so.

You will receive your parcel tracking number via email once our warehouse prepares your parcel for shipping.

We offer a variety of exchange options. You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely new style! Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, with tags and packaging intact. Items should be clean and free of dog hair. All items are subject to photo inspection. If you need help, please contact us by phone, email or live chat with your order number and the item you want to exchange, and we'll take care of the rest!

We offer refundable returns to the original payment method or store credit. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Items should be clean and free of dog hair. All items are subject to photo inspection. We do not charge for returns. The customer returns the item at their own expense.
